Welcome to a CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) workshop. Join us to learn essential life-saving skills in a hands-on and supportive environment. The session will cover basic CPR techniques, how to respond in emergencies, control, alarm, chest compression, rescue breath, how to use an AED, what to do when someone is choking, and abdominal thrusts. This workshop is mainly practical, and we will be sitting on our knees. In the end of the workshop we evaluate what we have learned so everyone feel confident in their knew knowledges before leaving.
