Seminare: Trailblazing leadership

To navigate today’s complex challenges, we need more than efficiency and structure we need leadership that is courageous, long-term in its thinking, and grounded in strong values.

In a world shaped by climate change, growing social divides and global uncertainty, the demands on leadership are rapidly evolving. Those who succeed in building trust and leading through complexity do so by combining direction with deep engagement. By challenging established systems, thinking long-term, and uniting people around shared goals, they drive meaningful and lasting change.

At this breakfast seminar, you’ll meet two leaders who embody this kind of trailblazing leadership:

Domingo Peas, Indigenous leader from the Ecuadorian Amazon, and Juan Pierre, youth and climate advocate from Mauritius – recipients of the 2025 WIN WIN Award and WIN WIN Youth Award.

Through their work, they demonstrate what leadership of the future requires: the ability to listen, to act on values, and to lead transformations that endure.
